Operations & Manufacturing Manager Experience: 8–10 years Key Requirements: • Proven experience managing food production units • End-to-end factory setup experience (equipment sourcing & plant commissioning) • Strong understanding of operations, compliance, inventory, and wastage control • Ability to hire, train, and lead production teams • Strong leadership and process-driven mindset 2. Head of Production – Cakes & Desserts Experience: 8–10 years Key Requirements: • Extensive commercial bakery & dessert production experience • Expertise in recipe development and large-scale production • Strong quality control and cost optimization skills • Ability to develop SOPs, workflows, and production systems 3. Head of Production – Ice Cream Experience: 8–10 years Key Requirements: • Strong background in artisanal and commercial ice cream production • Expertise in formulations, textures, flavors, and shelf life • Experience handling machinery, hygiene standards, and scalable production 4.
