Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of dispatchers, promoting productivity and engagement. • Operational Oversight: Develop and execute dispatch strategies for efficient load management. • Driver Coordination: Ensure smooth communication with drivers and provide support to address operational challenges. • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed about shipment statuses. • Freight Negotiation: Secure profitable loads and negotiate competitive rates with brokers. • Performance Monitoring: Analyze dispatch metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. • Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any disruptions in the supply chain.
