Product Knowledge • Become an expert on all products, including: • Fabrics, embellishments, cuts, craftsmanship • Collection stories and design inspirations • Available sizes, colours, and stock levels • Update clients on new arrivals, pre-orders, restocks, and limited pieces. 3. Store Operations • Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines. • Ensure store is always neat, organised, and aesthetically aligned with the brand. • Handle daily opening/closing procedures. • Update stock records and inform management of low inventory. • Assist in receiving and tagging new stock. 4. Customer Service Management • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed. • Ensure every client leaves satisfied, whether or not they make a purchase. • Follow after-sales procedure: confirmation messages, appointment reminders, client follow-ups. 5.
