Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Virtual Assistant / eBay Manager with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to manage and supervise our eBay store and dropshipping operations from our Lahore office.
This role requires strong operational control, task management, reporting, and performance tracking.
This is strictly an on-site position. Remote applicants should not apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily eBay store operations
Product hunting using Zik Analytics
Create and optimize listings (SEO & profitability)
Handle dropshipping operations (AutoDS / DSM Tool)
Monitor stock levels, pricing changes, and suppliers
Manage order processing and resolve order issues
Track performance using Google Sheets / Excel
Monitor eBay account health (defects, late shipments, cancellations)
Prepare and send daily performance reports to management

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience as an eBay VA or eBay Manager
Strong knowledge of:
eBay Store Management
Dropshipping Operations
Zik Analytics (Product Hunting)
AutoDS / DSM Tool
Listing SEO & Optimization
Good command of Google Sheets / Excel
Understanding of profit calculation and U. S. eCommerce market
Ability to meet daily targets and manage workflow independently
