I have professionally modded the controller with TMR joystick modules (both R and L joystick) and I have also modded the R and L thumbstick (by default they're made of plastic, I have installed aluminum alloy thumbsticks). TMR joysticks is superior to hall effect joysticks and will virtually last forever, without any failure or stick drift.
