By posting an ad on Aiwah.pk, you agree to abide by these rules. Violation may result in ad rejection, suspension, or permanent account ban.

✅ 1. General Posting Guidelines

• Post in the correct category — e.g., Mobiles, Vehicles, Jobs, Property, etc.

• Use a clear title with relevant keywords (avoid ALL CAPS or emojis).

• Describe the item/service honestly and in detail.

• Set a fair, realistic price. Avoid “0” or misleading pricing.

• Upload original photos (avoid stock images or watermarks).

• Mention the exact location or city where the product/service is available.

• One product or service per ad. Don’t bundle unrelated items.

❌ 2. Prohibited Content

The following items are not allowed to be posted on Aiwah.pk:

• Illegal or banned products (drugs, weapons, explosives, wildlife, etc.)

• Adult content or services

• Stolen or counterfeit goods

• Fake documentation or certificates

• Human organs, body parts, or blood donations

• Pyramid schemes or get-rich-quick scams

• Lottery, gambling, or betting-related content

• Items that violate Pakistani law or customs regulations

Posting any prohibited content may lead to account suspension or legal action.

• Upload real and recent photos of the product.

• Avoid logos, graphics, or promotional flyers unless in the Services category.

• No NSFW, adult, or offensive images.

• Don’t add text or phone numbers on images.

• Make sure the product is fully visible (avoid cropped or blurry photos).

• Maximum of 10 images per ad.

Listings with fake or stolen images may be removed immediately.

• Your title must match your product/service clearly.

• Use simple and polite language.

• Don’t use:

  • Offensive terms

  • Misleading claims (“original” for a fake item)

• No external links or promotion of other websites.

📌 5. Duplicate or Spam Ads

• Do not post the same ad more than once.

• Repeating ads with slight changes is considered spam.

• If you want more visibility, use Featured or Bump Ads instead.

• Posting ads in multiple cities for the same item is only allowed if you can deliver there.

Duplicate ads will be removed, and your account may be blocked if the activity continues.

👥 6. Contact Information

• Add a valid phone number and/or email so buyers can reach you.

• Do not include:

  • Contact info in titles or images

  • Multiple numbers (one is enough)

  • Social media handles (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp groups)

• Fake or unreachable contact info will result in ad rejection.

🚫 9. Banned Behavior

The following actions are not allowed under any circumstances:

• Posting fake ads to trap users

• Using bots, automation tools, or fake accounts

• Promoting products not actually available

• Copying others’ ads without permission

• Posting ads just to redirect traffic to external websites or apps

Accounts caught engaging in such activity will be permanently banned.

Aiwah.pk uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automatically scan and review ads for:

• Banned keywords

• Duplicate listings

• Fake or stolen images

• Scam patterns

• Offensive content

In addition to AI, our human moderators manually review flagged ads. If your ad is rejected, you may receive feedback explaining why.

🕒 11. Ad Approval Timeline

• Most ads are reviewed and approved within 15–60 minutes.

• In some cases, review may take up to 12–24 hours, especially for high-risk categories.

• You’ll receive a notification once your ad is live, rejected, or requires edits.

As a user, you are legally responsible for the content you post on Aiwah.pk.

• Posting fake or stolen items is a criminal offense.

• Misrepresentation may lead to civil liability or FIA investigation.

• We comply with Pakistani cybercrime laws and cooperate with authorities when needed.
