5. Prohibited Content

  • Hate speech, racism, or threats

  • False job offers, scams, or investment fraud

  • Misleading pricing or hidden charges

Violators may be banned permanently, and their content reported to legal authorities where required.

6. User Conduct

All users must agree to conduct themselves respectfully. You may not:

7. Payments & Promotions

Aiwah.pk offers paid features (e.g., Featured Ads, Urgent Tags, Homepage Banners) for increased visibility.

  • Payments are non-refundable once an ad is boosted

  • Payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, and Cards

  • We do not guarantee a sale or response, only improved ad visibility

  • We are not liable for external payment fraud between users

All financial transactions with us are processed through secure third-party gateways.

8. Communication with Users

Aiwah.pk provides a built-in chat system to protect user privacy.

  • Do not share sensitive info (CNIC, OTPs, bank details) through chat

  • Use chat to clarify product details, pricing, or location

  • Report any abusive or fraudulent behavior using the “Report” button

  • We do not guarantee product quality, delivery, or user honesty
