Key Responsibilities • Prepare and submit VAT returns • Manage PAYE, payroll, and HMRC submissions • Daily bookkeeping and reconciliation in QuickBooks • Reconcile Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal & bank accounts • Produce monthly management accounts • Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards • Assist with year-end accounts and reporting Requirements • Fully qualified ACCA / ACA / Chartered Accountant • Advanced QuickBooks experience (mandatory) • Strong knowledge of VAT, PAYE, CIS & HMRC systems • E-commerce experience preferred • High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication Working Hours • Monday to Saturday • 8:00am – 5:00pm UK time • Fully remote via Zoom Professional Standards Required This position is for a highly disciplined, punctual, and reliable professional.
