Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages — mojitos, mocktails, mint margaritas, shakes, soda mixes, and custom blends. • Maintain beverage counter cleanliness and follow hygiene SOPs. • Ensure consistent taste, portion, and presentation for every order. • Handle inventory of syrups, fruits, ice-cream, soda, and mixers. • Suggest new drink ideas, flavors, or limited-time specials aligned with Ozee Bites’ creative menu. • Keep workstations and bar area well-organized and stocked during shifts. • Communicate efficiently with kitchen and service staff during peak hours. • Ensure glassware, blenders, and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. Skills & Requirements • Minimum 1 year experience in beverage preparation (restaurants, cafés, or bars). • Knowledge of mocktail and shake recipes (mojitos, blue lagoon, mint margarita, Green Apple, Oreo Shakes Chocolate Shake etc. ). • Strong sense of taste balance and drink presentation. • Excellent hygiene and time-management skills. • Ability to work under pressure with a smile • Must be punctual, cooperative, and customer-friendly.
