Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients using approved scripts and call guidelines
• Introduce company services clearly and professionally
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and client requirements
• Accurately update call outcomes, notes, and lead status in the CRM
• Schedule follow-ups or appointments when required
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance during all calls
• Meet daily and weekly call and performance targets
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Confidence in handling objections and maintaining call flow
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Podio, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. )
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
• Reliable internet connection and a clear calling setup
Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Experience in real estate cold calling or investor outreach
• Familiarity with call dialers and VoIP systems
• Understanding of lead qualification and sales pipelines
• Prior experience working with US-based clients
