Key Responsibilities: • Make awareness and marketing calls to potential clients to introduce our company’s services and special offers. • Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email. • Explain company services clearly and confidently to create interest and trust. • Maintain a daily record of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups. • Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and online branding activities. • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal teams to handle client queries efficiently. • Collect and report client feedback to improve service quality. • Support management in building strong client relationships and repeat business. Skills & Requirements: • Strong communication and convincing skills (in Urdu & basic English). • Confident speaking tone and friendly attitude on phone. • Basic computer and WhatsApp business handling skills. • Positive personality, disciplined, and target-oriented. • Previous experience in tele-marketing, client relations, or customer service will be a plus. Education & Experience: • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 0–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or client support. • Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
