S. drivers daily (pickup / delivery coordination) Negotiate profitable freight rates with brokers (DAT / Truckstop) Book and track loads through TMS / CRM systems Communicate shipment updates professionally and on time Build and maintain long-term broker & customer relationships Mentor new dispatchers and support team operations Resolve operational issues and improve efficiency Requirements • Minimum 1.5 – 2+ years of U.
