Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to SMEs daily. Pitch, demo, and sell our ERP solution. Identify customer needs and map them to ERP modules (Accounts, HR, Inventory, POS, CRM, Sales). Build a strong sales pipeline and meet strict monthly targets. Close deals and coordinate client onboarding. Maintain daily visit logs and reporting. Requirements Prior software sales experience is mandatory. ERP sales experience is a strong plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of business operations (inventory, accounts, HR, POS). Ability to work independently and perform under strict targets. Own transport preferred.
