Job Requirements
Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2â3 years of HR experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience with HR systems, payroll, and compliance
