Key Responsibilities:
Lead full recruitment & hiring across all departments
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems & employee records
Handle performance evaluations, promotions & disciplinary processes
Oversee training, onboarding & staff development programs
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution & compliance matters
Ensure labor law compliance and proper documentation
Build HR reporting for management (headcount, turnover, performance, costs)
Create strong workplace culture and accountability systems
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR experience (including leadership/managerial role)
Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws & HR best practices
Experience managing HR for multi-location or operational businesses preferred
Excellent communication, leadership & decision-making skills
Highly organized, ethical, and process-driven
Comfortable working directly with business owners & senior management
