I am looking for a highly organised manager to oversee and monitor work done by 6 staff members.
This is a management, supervision and accountability role. You will have 6 staff working under you and you can delegate work to them and make sure they complete the tasks.
The Job - Doctors send consultation notes by email. These notes are entered into a cloud based clinical system and billing is processed by existing staff.
Your role is to supervise this process end to end, track work across teams, identify errors or discrepancies and ensure nothing is missed.
You will be responsible for monitoring, tallying, logging and quality checking all work on a daily basis. You need to keep a log of pending tasks and make sure they are followed up to completion.
This role requires someone who is structured, detail focused, proactive and capable of improving systems to prevent mistakes.
This is a remote work from home job.
Full training will be given so if you are a confident and quick learner then you can apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor daily work across three separate teams
• Ensure all emailed doctor notes are correctly entered into the system
• Ensure billing is processed accurately and completely
• Tally expected work versus completed work every day
• Identify discrepancies such as missing notes, incorrect dates, incorrect numbers, or inconsistencies
• Maintain daily Excel based tracking spreadsheets
• Flag errors early and follow up until resolved
• Ensure instructions are followed correctly the first time
• Improve systems and workflows to reduce errors and reliance on memory
• Take ownership and accountability for outcomes, not excuses
Essential Skills and Requirements
• Excellent written and reading comprehension in English
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot small inconsistencies
• Confident Excel user, including daily tracking and reconciliation
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Problem solving mindset and ability to use initiative
• Ability to create systems to avoid forgetting or missing tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Comfortable managing and supervising staff work remotely
This role is NOT suitable if you
• Regularly forget tasks
• Rely on reminders from others
• Make repeated mistakes after instructions are given once
• Need constant supervision
