1) Regional Manager
• Responsible for overall sales performance, business growth and profitability in the North Region.
• Manage staff recruitment, training and day-to-day sales activities to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships; resolve customer issues promptly.
• Plan and manage advertisement campaigns across the region.
• Prepare sales forecasts and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
• Generate and convert sales leads into profitable business.
• Liaise with government bodies and stakeholders as needed.
Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
2) Deputy Regional Manager
• Assist and support the Regional Manager in business operations.
• Cover for the Regional Manager in their absence.
• Help formulate regional business policies and strategies.
• Analyze government policies and market trends affecting the business.
• Prepare timely reports for senior management.
• Manage regional travel and expense policies.
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 140,000 per month
3) Sales Manager
• Drive sales growth and maintain strong client relationships.
• Visit clients regularly to understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
• Achieve sales targets and manage receivables.
• Travel within the region to develop and maintain clients.
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 120,000 per month + incentives
4) HR & Admin Manager
• Manage recruitment and staffing needs across departments.
• Oversee employee compensation, benefits and payroll.
• Train staff to meet industry standards.
• Coordinate with government departments and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage employee performance and appraisals.
• Arrange ticket bookings for executives and staff.
• Plan and organize corporate events and activities.
Salary: PKR 90,000 – 130,000 per month
5) Accountant
• Manage and reconcile client accounts and financial records.
• Post invoices and maintain cash receipts and payments records.
• Handle banking transactions and maintain bank relationships.
• Prepare profitability and regional P&L statements.
• Assist audit teams and coordinate with Head Office finance.
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 90,000 per month
6) Office Secretary (Female Preferance)
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and greet visitors.
• Manage correspondence and maintain records.
• Assist senior management with meeting schedules and documentation.
• Operate office equipment such as fax, copier, and telephone.
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month
