• Understand clients’ style preferences, occasion needs, sizing, and budget to give tailored recommendations.
• Actively drive sales by presenting products confidently and explaining design details, fabric, hand-work, and fit.
• Assist customers in trial rooms, offering styling advice and alternative options.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain a client book for repeat sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary pieces (e. g. , accessories, alternate colours, or silhouettes).
2. Product Knowledge
• Become an expert on all products, including:
• Fabrics, embellishments, cuts, craftsmanship
• Collection stories and design inspirations
• Available sizes, colours, and stock levels
• Update clients on new arrivals, pre-orders, restocks, and limited pieces.
3. Store Operations
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
• Ensure store is always neat, organised, and aesthetically aligned with the brand.
• Handle daily opening/closing procedures.
• Update stock records and inform management of low inventory.
• Assist in receiving and tagging new stock.
4. Customer Service Management
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Ensure every client leaves satisfied, whether or not they make a purchase.
• Follow after-sales procedure: confirmation messages, appointment reminders, client follow-ups.
5. Brand Representation
• Uphold and embody the brand’s values, tone, and luxury service standards.
• Maintain a well-groomed, fashionable, and professional appearance.
