Role Overview:
The SDR is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and experienced in B2B engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce products/services and qualify leads.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
• Schedule meetings between prospects and the pre-sales team.
• Have the ability to build a solid pre-research and pitch before calling a prospect
• Collaborate with the team on targeted campaigns.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.
• Meet or exceed lead generation and qualification targets.
Qualifications:
• Experience in outbound/B2B sales
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CRM proficiency and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative mindset
Commission:
• On meeting targets and closing prospects will be eligible for commission. Yes, we offer commission from the day.
