Role Description: We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team in Mirpur. This role offers part-time flexibility with the option to transition into full-time employment. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, presenting suitable policy options, and guiding them through the application process. Building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service are key aspects of this role. Comprehensive training will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels. Present and explain life and health insurance policies clearly. Assist clients throughout the application and policy process. Maintain long-term client relationships and trust. Achieve assigned sales targets. Utilize digital and social media tools for outreach and engagement. Qualifications: Secondary School Certificate (SSC/Matric) required. Must secure at least two policies of PKR 25,000 each to join as Sales Representative. Proficiency in using social media and digital tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
