Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day shop operations and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures Handle POS operations, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability Ensure proper asset care, store cleanliness, and product presentation Supervise staff and coordinate with cleaning and support personnel Engage customers, drive sales, and support marketing promotions Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports Ensure shop security, compliance with company policies, and operational discipline Requirements: Previous experience in retail sales or shop management preferred Strong communication and customer handling skills Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management Honest, organized, and target-oriented mindset Working Hours: Monday–Saturday: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sunday: Optional (paid if attended) Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary Sales commission Paid Sunday allowance Apply now to join a growing retail brand with long-term career potential.
