You will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all visuals align with brand identity and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, digital assets, and branding materials. Design high-quality visuals for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and impactful visual content. Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output fresh and innovative. Prepare and present design proposals to internal teams and clients for approval. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, and color theory.
