Travel Consultant – Job Responsibilities Assist customers in booking flight tickets (UK & International routes) Provide information about fares, routes, baggage policies, and travel requirements Offer best travel solutions according to customer needs and budget Handle reservations, cancellations, changes, and refunds Guide customers regarding visa and travel documentation requirements Maintain proper customer records and follow-ups Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service Umrah Consultant – Role & Responsibilities Guide customers regarding Umrah packages (Economy, 3-Star, 4-Star & 5-Star options) Provide complete information about visa process, hotels, transport, and flight details Assist clients with Umrah documentation and requirements Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground transport providers Support pilgrims before, during, and after travel Handle customer queries professionally and respectfully Eligibility Criteria Male & Female candidates can apply Freshers and school pass-outs are encouraged to apply Good communication skills (English required; Urdu/Arabic is a plus) Basic computer knowledge Confident, well-mannered, and sales-oriented personality Willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry Working Hours Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM Saturday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Sunday: Off Show More
