About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our Enterprise Home Improvement buyers. These partners typically include networks and aggregators operating on ping-post and RTB models.
This role mirrors the responsibilities of a buyer-side account manager—focused on managing high-volume call and lead flows, ensuring smooth operations, and driving performance across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day communication with enterprise-level home improvement buyers.
Oversee lead and call delivery through ping-post / RTB systems.
Monitor performance, optimize delivery, and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
Handle multiple accounts simultaneously with strong prioritization and organization.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with buyer partners.
Coordinate internally with tech, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.
Provide performance reports, insights, and recommendations to improve results.
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, preferably in lead generation, performance marketing, or call-based campaigns.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage a large portfolio of partners.
Familiarity with ping-post, RTB, and home improvement verticals is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
